I’m Muhammad Hashir Ali, an independent AI automation consultant. I help operations, finance and IT teams hand repetitive work to software, using AI agents where the work needs judgement and robots or flows where it doesn’t.

My background is enterprise RPA. At Systems Limited I built automations for national-scale fintech, including the onboarding pipeline for JazzCash’s Asaan Digital Account and a bot that processed more than 40,000 card reissue requests. At Auximo Tech GmbH I designed and delivered back-office automation for SMEs across Switzerland and Germany, connecting everything from ServiceNow to Oracle databases and legacy web portals.

I also hold an MSc in Applied Artificial Intelligence from London South Bank University, where my dissertation used machine learning and retrieval-augmented agents to diagnose faults in 5G networks. Today I combine the two: agentic AI for the judgement calls, proven automation for the volume, and human approval wherever the stakes are high.

I work remotely with clients in the UK and Europe, in UK and European business hours.

How I work

  • Automate the right process first

    The biggest savings come from choosing well. I’d rather tell you a process isn’t worth automating than build something that never pays back.

  • Design for the exceptions

    The happy path is easy. Most of the build goes into what happens when data is missing, a system is down or a case doesn’t fit the rules.

  • Keep people in charge of what matters

    Agents and robots do the legwork. Approval steps sit wherever money, customers or compliance are involved.

  • Leave you able to run it

    Documentation, runbooks and handover are part of the job. You own everything I build, from day one.
